Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

TGQ Hosting offers VPS hosting, dedicated resources, and managed support options. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security, including passwords.
• Accounts may not be used for unlawful purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Host, transmit, or distribute malware, phishing sites, spam, or illegal content.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Use hosting services to disrupt or attack networks.
• Resell services without prior authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Billing and Payment

• All prices are in CAD.
• Services are billed annually unless otherwise specified.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Setup and add-on fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Refund policies vary by product. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on select VPS plans (excluding domain names, licenses, and setup fees). Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@tgqhosting.site.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Optional Extras & Add-ons

• Additional IPv4 Address: $3 / month (one-time $30 setup)
• WHMCS Billing Integration: From $10 / month
• 10G/s Dedicated Line: $2,000 / month
• cPanel / DirectAdmin: From $12.95 / month
• Managed Server: $199.95 / month

8. Limitation of Liability

TGQ Hosting is not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the past 6 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TGQ Hosting from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• You breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• You fail to pay invoices.
• Required by law or regulation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
